At least a seven day rental is required at all times. All summer rentals are booked Saturday-Saturday.  Week-long holiday rentals and visits during off-season months MAY offer more flexibility in starting dates. 

 

One-half of a rental fee is due as a deposit by check or Venmo to owner at booking, and the remainder - plus tax, cleaning fee, and a refundable $250 damage deposit - is due 30 days before the scheduled visit. Rental deposits are refunded, minus a  $500 cancelation fee, only if the time reserved is rebooked.

This is a private rental cottage, so check-in is uncomplicated. Once final payments are deposited, guests will receive information including directions to the cottage and a code for the front door. Prior to arrival, guest passes for up to two drivers will be called in to the security gate. Extra day passes for guests are available on request.

Maximum Occupancy: 8                                                              Well-trained non-shedding dogs under 40 lbs. may Maximum number of overnight cars: 2                                   be allowed with $100 increase in rental rate.
