All rentals are booked directly with the owner, Ann A. Quattlebaum, of Greenville, SC. A Kiawah property owner since 1978, I have owned and rented this very special Oceanwoods cottage since 1993. I have made additions and/or major renovations three times, with most recent updates happening in the spring of 2022. After advertising on VRBO for more than ten years, I launched this website to enhance bookings by inviting new clients. I have a local property manager and very reliable housekeepers who help to maintain the cottage to high standards.

 

I am a retired clinical social worker (MSW & PhD) and finished my career at Furman University, my undergraduate alma mater. I have three adult children and seven grandchildren, and all three families live in Greenville. (Yay!)  I now divide my time between the Kiawah cottage and a townhouse in Greenville that I share with a daughter and her family. This change means there is limited rental at the cottage, so book early! We all LOVE Kiawah and are sure that you will feel as at home in the Sea Lavender cottage as much as we do.
