Weekly Rates* 

A minimum of a seven day Saturday-Saturday rental and a

deposit of 50% of the rental rate is required for booking.

Early Spring (3/7–28).                                                           $3,000 weekly

 

Easter (3/28–4/11)                                                                 $3,500 weekly

Spring (4/11–5/23)                                                                 $3,250 weekly

Summer (5/23–9/5)                                                                $3,900 weekly

 

Fall (9/5–11/21)                                                                     $3,250 weekly

 

Thanksgiving (11/21–28)                                                       $3,500 weekly

 

Early Winter (11/28–12/19)                                                   $3,000 weekly

 

Winter Holidays (12/19–1/2)                                                 $3,500 weekly

*13% tax and a cleaning fee, will be added to rental rate ($200 for up to six people; $225 for 7-8 people; $250 for visits longer than 10 days). Cancellations are not allowed.

 

If you have the owner's permission to take a well-behaved, small, non-shedding dog, a $100 pet fee will be added to your final payment.​
