Weekly Rates* 

A minimum of a seven day Saturday-Saturday rental and a

deposit of 50% of the rental rate is required for booking.

*13% tax and a cleaning fee, will be added to rental rate ($200 for up to six people; $225 for 7-8 people; $300 for visits longer than 10 days). Cancellations are not allowed.

 

If you have the owner's permission to take a well-behaved, small, non-shedding dog, a $100 pet fee will be added to your final payment.​
